We know that you will distort or even break glass in the early days of your new career and we know how embarrassing, soul destroying and potentially expensive that can be. But, from the moment you join us onsite, you are not treated as a trainee, you are one of the team, working alongside some of the best glass polishers in the business and guess what, they've been there too.
"What does it take to be a successful Glass Polisher?"
Glass Polishing is a trade skill in the same way as French Polishing, Plumbing or Glazing is a skill. It is skilled manual work and requires a good eye, steady hands and patience. You need to be self-motivated and willing to work hard. If this is you, we can teach you the skills and provide you with the support to become a successful Glass Polisher and we can even help you to find work.

Polishers and helping them to find their feet in a relatively young industry, we
are creating a network of professional technicians that possess a known and

trained workforce and protects the standards of an industry that is set to
explode over the next few years.
